no one assigned him. he took up the position you refused to. if you were in the office everyone in russia could legally burn the flag while acting like a clown, no doubt. actually that would be the russia day tradition of burning one on the street with happy friends and then pissing on it and sharing pictures.

it's just the other guy in the office. and russians just refused to see clown burning their flag. once you have no chance of doing that shit again russians lost you forever. the officer knows you for as long as your case is on. the officer wants your arrest because it's his best way up. bureaucracy, the same in russia, in usasha, in gollasha, everywhere. or he might be even fucking with you, reading with his boss your bullshit here, laughing crazy. but whatever it is people in russia don't know shit about it. they don't know shit about you and they don't care how much you hate them.

Are you retarded? The officer was appointed by the chain of appointments cascading from the top - from the ruling party and its leader - Putin, who was democratically elected. I have no doubt about that, since I know the Russian subhumans.

Then again, 282 "hate speech" and similar laws were passed and signed by the democratically elected representatives. Even my mother and my brother are against me expressing racist views.
