BACKGROUND

Probation Service has deemed him fit to perform community service, which he
agreed to do.

Child rape is a crime of such a nature that the sentence should normally be determined to be
prison. Since Guled Mohamud was only 17 years old at the time of the crime
required, however, serious reasons for determining the sentence to prison. His youth
also means that should the penalty value will be reduced in accordance with Chapter 29. 7 § 1 st. Penal Code.
Sentencing value therefore amounts to eight months. The reasons for imprisonment are thus
strong but the question is still whether sanctions other than imprisonment should be selected.
The crime Guled Mohamud has committed is very serious. His
personal circumstances are such that a probation may be assumed to contribute to
he abstains from new crime. He has agreed to perform community
which constitutes a special reason for making rather than determine the sentence to probation.
Community service stands on, considering his youth and personal
circumstances, an appropriate sanction. The district court found the overall assessment
that the penalty should be determined to probation in combination with a regulation on

видимо такое легкое наказание ввиду 17-летия на момент преступления. даже если не говорить о какой то специальной каре, то могли бы все таки изолировать его подольше. В США кстати по моему выше уровень насилия не смотря на кары и прочее.

так одна швеция по моему сильно выделяется именно по данному виду преступлений - хотя там сомалийцев не сильно больше чем в округе. просто законодательство широко трактует изнасилование, типа какой то там хер известный типа сноудена (забыл как его) - влез на бабу по пьяни без гандона.

Скандинавский поинт в отношении пенитенциарных мер, насколько я понимаю, в том, что статистика показывает отсутствие корреляции между тяжестью наказания и количеством преступлений.
Поэтому они своих преступников держат в человеческих условиях и те должны общаться с соцработиками и врачами. Ну типа - не просто же так человек соседу голову отстрелил. Наверное, у него в жизни что-то не так.

Как, впрочем, месяц исправительных работ поможет Мохамуду насиловать детей не совсем понимаю.
